CANDIDIASIS – MANAGEMENT
Symptomatic infection will usually respond to polyene agents (nystatin) or to one of a variety of imidazole antifungal agents (e.g. clotrimazole, econazole, isoconazole or miconazole) used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
